QHSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & CERTIFICATION
QHSE management system can help to improve the quality, safety and health of processes and products, control environmental impact to promote sustainability and ensure the health and safety of workers. QHSE places an emphasis on incremental improvement, communication, and reducing occupational risks.

RISK ASSESSMENT
The purpose of risk assessments is ultimately to improve workplace health and safety. But to achieve this, the risk assessment process needs to identify workplace hazards and reduce or eliminate the risks they pose.
The five steps to risk assessment
-
Identify the hazards.
-
Decide who may be harmed and how.
-
Evaluate the risks and decide on control measures.
-
Record your findings.
-
Review the risk assessment.
ERGONOMIC RISK ASSESSMENT
An ergonomic assessment is an assessment of a worker at their workstation to ensure correct working postures and workstation set-up. A good ergonomic assessment is done to reduce a worker's exposure to physical hazards such as: Uncomfortable postures. Repetitive tasks. Straining of the body.

WASTE MANEGEMENT
Waste management refers to the various schemes to manage and dispose of wastes. It can be by discarding, destroying, processing, recycling, reusing, or controlling wastes. The prime objective of waste management is to reduce the amount of unusable materials and to avert potential health and environmental hazards.
FIRE SAFETY
Fire safety is the set of practices intended to reduce the destruction caused by fire. Fire safety measures include those that are intended to prevent ignition of an uncontrolled fire, and those that are used to limit the development and effects of a fire after it starts.

How we can prevent fire?
-
Check electrical equipment and remove defective equipment.
-
Ensure electrical cords are in good condition. -
Plug appliances and lights into separate electrical outlets. -
Avoid using extension cords. -
Use extension cords safety not under carpets or across walking areas.
-
Use only one device per outlet.

CHEMICAL RISK ASSESSMENT
Risk assessment of chemical hazards must include analysis of acute and chronic impacts, covering exposures from research and development, manufacturing, and product use, to eventual fate in the environment.

What are the contents of chemical health risk assessment?

The chemical health risk assessment is a process that utilizes a systematic approach, namely identifying the hazards, processes in hazardous chemical use and management, evaluation of the hazard risk, the sufficiency and effectiveness of current control measures, and identifying the level of risk at the work place.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTATION
To formulate regulations and review policies related to the green industry as well as enhance local and international cooperation. Conduct promotion for the implementation of the latest environmental requirements regarding the environment.

ENVIRONMENT MONITORING
The main objective of environmental monitoring is to manage and minimize the impact an organization’s activities have on an environment, either to ensure compliance with laws and regulations or to mitigate risks of harmful effects on the natural environment and protect the health of human beings.
As human population, industrial activities, and energy consumption continues to grow, the continued development of advanced, automated monitoring applications and devices is crucial for enhancing the accuracy of environmental monitoring reports and the cost-effectiveness of the environmental monitoring process.
